The AGM is on Saturday from 1.30 p.m. (prompt) until about 5 p.m.

The dance weekend starts at 6 p.m. with dinner.

If you are coming only for the dance weekend, please indicate this.

€ 90.00 (age 26 and under pay € 55.00) (there is a discount for members, AGM is free to members).

The appropriate sum of money must be transferred to postbank account number 437321 (Volksdansvereniging NVS) in Zwolle specifying the names of the persons coming and quoting ALV 2010.

Things to bring:

 

Bring firm dancing shoes, duvet cover, bottom sheet (or two sheets), pillowcase and towels (they can also be hired).
