Early-bird reduction: If you are aged 16 or older and you book and pay before the closing date you may deduct €10,- p.p. from the fees.
Note: If you want to attend only part of the camp, you will need to notify and pay the Event Manager. This ruling also applies if you receive visitors during the camp.
People under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. The NVS expects that every participant treats all others with respect. The NVS will ensure that the children are engaged during the programmed sessions, but the parents or guardians have the final responsibility for their charges.
Closing date: Friday juli 7 2018
Cancellations: You can cancel your booking without penalty any time before the closing date. If you cancel in the period between the closing date and 2 days before the camp starts, you will be charged € 70, –, regardless of the reason for your cancellation. If you cancel after that, you will have to pay the full fees.
If you book by email, please supply all the information that is required on the booking form. The camp staff will need this information when planning the camp. For this reason we discourage telephone bookings, and transferring the correct amount to account NL04INGB0000437321 of Volksdansvereniging NVS quoting reference 'ZoKa2018' and details of the attendees.
